While visiting High Point Market Fall 2019, I selected some of my top picks of design, decor, and antiques to share with you. (www.highpointmarket.org). I typically stay 3 nights and 4 days in order to cover furniture, lighting, decor accessories, and the antique market both in the design center and the surrounding local antique stores. I visit my existing vendors to view their new items, fabrics, etc, as well as meeting new vendors. Additionally, A.S.I.D. (www.asid.org) hosts seminars for relative design topics for CEU credit. Several of my clients like to mix antiques with new furnishings; therefore, visiting High Point is a perfect destination for my business as the venue has a multitude of choices for both. Additionally, with so many like minded people attending the event, I meet new friends as well as visiting with old friends.
Blue and White Vignette.
Blue and White tends to be a popular color combination for interior design. The colors are soothing and allow a pretty neutral palette to mix other colors in such as green, coral, or yellow. Here we have a nice combination of textures, colors, furniture, accessories, and wallcovering. Tip: Always use fresh flowers.
